How does your fee work?

Joining and opening a shop on ANKCARA is easy and free. Once a sale occurs, we access a 10% transaction fee on the items sales price. You'll have access to account statements showing your sales performance.


What can I sell on ANKCARA?

 ANKCARA provides a marketplace for African inspired fashion accessories designers and retailers (at least 18 years old) to sell their creations, products etc. Other items include African inspired artworks, African prints/materials, African inspired casual clothing etc. If you have any questions about your product, please send us an email at info@ankcara.com


Do I need a credit card to sign up?

To become a seller on ANKCARA, you will be registered through PayPal. Your customers can also pay you with credit card or a PayPal account using the PayPal system.


How do I pick a shop name?

You may select any available name for your shop. We recommend you have a name that is consistent so customer will easily recognize you. When a name constantly changes, it's difficult for your customers to find you.


How do I contact a seller?

For all product, shipping and purchase questions, please login and contact designer seller directly. Should you need any further assistance after contacting the seller, please feel free to email us at info@ankcara.com.


Do you assist designers with product placement and development?

Yes, we assist with design services like web development, print design and other business development initiative. Please see our Designer Services listed under the “How It Works” section or contact us at info@ankcara.com for further questions. We will be delighted to assist you.

ANKCARA Marketplace may act expeditiously to respond to a proper notice by (1) removing or disabling access to material claimed to be subject of infringing activity; and (2) removing and discontinuing service to repeat offenders. If ANKCARA Marketplace removes or disables access in response to such a notice, ANKCARA Marketplace will make a good-faith attempt to contact the allegedly infringing party ("Member") so that they may make a counter notification.
